General information:
Arrival: from 2.00 p.m.
Departure: by 11.00 a.m.

We offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability! For an extra charge of just €15 per person, you can then use the room before your arrival time or after your departure time.

Pets:
For your dog we charge €18 per day & dog (without food) and €35 for the final cleaning

Internet:
All rooms have free internet access

Means of payment:
EC debit card, Visa, Mastercard and advance bank transfer. Please check your credit card limit for foreign payments. Payment must be made at the hotel on departure.

Cancellation policy:
If the unexpected happens...

• Free cancellation possible up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival
• 70% of the total agreed price up to 1 week before the date of arrival 
• 90% of the total agreed price in the last week preceding the date of arrival
• Christmas and New Year’s Eve: free up to 4 weeks before arrival, afterwards 100%

Travel insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can find more detailed information at: www.europäische.at.
